GUARDIANS DECLARATION AND AGREEMENT

I have gone through the school prospectus and undertake to abide by the rules and regulations in all respects. I accept that these may be changed from time to time. I am satisfied that they are good and necessary for education of my ward and in accordance with the same I hereby apply for admission. The statement made here are true. If the facts stated in this form are found to be untrue my ward will forfeit his selection and seat in the Maharshi Mehi Vidyapeeth and shall be liable to be removed at any time. I shall be co-operative with the management in every respect to enable me educate my ward according to these, or such other rules and regulations as may be framed from time to time. If I withdraw my ward or he be removed from the Maharshi Mehi Vidyapeeth before the end of the school year, I shall pay compensation for the remaining period of the year at the rate of Rs. 500/- per month.

I shall be responsible for the expenses and conduct of my ward/son. In case of any breach of discipline or neglect of studies his name may be removed from the School Roll at the discretion of the Head of the Institution. I further declare that my son/ward is not suffering from any disease or infirmily and does not suffer from insomnia, Sleep walking, Bed‐Wetting and is not allergic to any food item or medicine. I shall abide by the rules of admission, selection and removal as well as other rules of the Maharshi Mehi Vidyapeeth. In matters of any dispute or difference, the decision of the Secretary will be final and binding on me. No equiry or complaint (s) shall be entertained or any ground whatsoever in any case of nonselection of the candidate for admission.
